Last February 17, Bethesda Studios announced that they will be hosting an event at the E3 2015 Entertainment Expo in June, states K Pop Starz. As a result, gamers are now wondering if the release date for the console version of "The Elder Scrolls Online" will be announced at the event.
Developers of the popular game have already announced the release date for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One version of the game via Twitter. The console version of the game will be released on June 9 of this year, reports K Pop Starz.
According to Air Herald, "Elder Scrolls Online" is the first MMO and multi-player game in the series. The PC version was released on April 2014. Meanwhile, the console version was delayed due to some issues the developers had while making the game.
The late release of the console version, however, might have been a stroke of good fortune, claims Air Herald. According to the site, MMO's grow over time, so the console version of the game might have more content.
The site also notes that starting March, the game will be free to play. Originally, the game was on subscription only, which makes the change a little surprising. With the release of a console game and introduction of free play, more gamers will surely be attracted to "The Elder Scroll Online".
Even though newcomers are expected to pop-up in the coming months, ZeniMax Online has not forgotten its loyal players. In fact, it plans to reward gamers who have stayed faithful to the game.
Christian Today reports that gamers who have subscribed to the game for at least 300 days will receive two big rewards. The first comes in the form a package as a "token of appreciation," states VC Post.
The package includes the High Hrothgar Wraith and the Loyal Draven Sphere. The best part of the token is the Mask of Cheerful Slaughter. According to Christian Today, this mask will help players during battle with the additional perk of creeping out their friends.
The second reward will certainly make the loyal ESO players feel appreciated. It is the Striped Senche, which is a rare feline tiger, states VC Post . However, players must meet certain conditions before receiving this wonderful mount.
According to Christian Today, players must have been dueling with Daedic Prince Molag Bal for nine month is the first condition. Second, players must remain a member of ESO as the new realm, Tamriel Unlimited, is released on March 17.
