'GTA 5' Online Heists Release Date Download on March 10; Expanded Story Revealed

There are rumors that the Rockstar game developers have added some content to GTA 5 "Heists" that were not reported about before, states News Everyday.

Part of the new content concerns the game's storyline, which might be getting an expansion. According to Gamer Center Online a source states, " We've spent a good amount of time working on the online Heists and the remaster, however we haven't forgotten about Michael, Franklin and Trevor's story. It's going to be monumental!"

Meanwhile, Kpopstarz reports that there will be several new characters for the "Prison Break" mission. According to the Latin Times, the new characters are: Trevor, Lester, Chef, Eddie Toh, and Michelle.

Aside from the expanded storylines and the new characters there are also rumors of the game having embedded maps, comedy clubs, and zombies, reports News Everyday. In addition, Reality Today suggests that developers have added new casino and assassination missions.

The Fuse Joplin has also reported that Rockstar games has confirmed the game to have a four-player co-operative gameplay.

The Fuse Joplin noted that according to Newswire, Rockstar explained,"Players will have to work as a team because only when they are together, they will be able to pull off the heist as planned. They have to work in raids which will take place in multiple phases and rob stuff. The missions will spread across the entire region of Los Santos as well as Blaine Country."

News Everyday states that the "Online Heists" console version will be released on March 10. While, the PC version will be available on April 14. Take note, however, that the International Business Times reports that the new content will not be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360.

Even though the PC game will arrive later, there is good news for PC gamers. There will be bonus in-game money for people who pre-order the PC version of the game. The company has stated, "Pre-order by March 31st to get a bonus $300,000 of in-game cash for GTA Online (that's on top of the $1,200,000 of in-game cash that all pre-orders-either physical copy or digital download- will receive.)"

Further information on GTA V will be released in the next couple of the weeks, reports Express UK. According to the site, Rockstar has stated, "And keep an eye out for mor GTAV info in the weeks ahead, including a new trailer and a look at the PC version's powerful new Rockstar Editor for making your own original custom videos."
