"Stranger Things" that stars Winona Ryder is taking Netflix into another level of phenomenon. The 80's inspired set brings nostalgia for most viewers who are familiar with the kid-pose films during that time.

'Stranger Things' Synopsis

The journey in "Stranger Things" revolves around Will Byers, his friends and his mom. When Will went missing for a week everything in their small town changed.

For the next eight episodes, Will's friends desperately uncover the mystery of his disappearance knowing that he is not dead. Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) who is a chain smoker and a single mother stopped working to find where her son is.

During the early episodes of "Stranger Things" the boys also found a scared girl with a nearly shaved head and a tattoo of a number eleven on her arm. Although she seems to not know how to speak but the boys soon find out that she knows telekinesis.

Winona Ryder is the Right Mother for "Stranger Things"

Winona Ryder's performance also made "Stranger Things" more chilling as she pulls out her plight of almost losing her mind with not finding her son and the strange things that continuously happens around her. "Stranger Things" really made the series as somehow pointing to government conspiracy and citizen monitoring which is in true fashion to 80's classic.

During a New York Times interview with Winona Ryder for "Stranger Things," the actress talked about how she prepared for her role. She did admit that her mom answered most of her questions regarding motherhood as she does not have any kids herself.

"I'd call her sometimes and say: 'Mom, what would you do if every indication is that your child is dead, but you believe that lights are telling that he isn't?" And she'd say: 'Homey, I'd totally believe that. It's primal,'" Ryder concluded.

'Stranger Things' May Have A Season 2

There are still a lot of questions left in "Stranger Things" and it would be great to them back in "Stranger Things" Season 2. Some of the most common questions now is about Eleven and what happened to her after she destroyed the Upside Down Monster and she disappeared once again.

Ross Duffer talks on Variety about the possibility of "Stranger Things" Season 2 especially if they find people responding to the show. He also commented that there are still a lot of potential stories for Season 2 so viewers can assume that Netflix will bring back "Stranger Things" for Season 2.
