The not-so-ordinary set up of Kody Brown and his family make it into the reality show "Sister Wives." However, per the reports, for some reason, TLC will not be airing "Sister Wives" Season 8. Meanwhile, there are rumors that Kody is in midlife crisis.
'Sister Wives' Star Kody Brown Suffering From Midlife Crisis
Kody Brown, 47, the patriarch of the "Sister Wives" clan is reportedly in midlife crisis. According to Blasting News, the reality star is likely to suffer a midlife crisis.
The head of the Browns has been complaining about the lack of support from four "Sister Wives." In fact, Parent Herald previously reported that he wants another two wives and will be divorcing the others.
Midlife crisis is often seen negatively. Per WebMD, most refer this to being outrageous, impulsive and impractical. However, this transition is not at all bad. This condition likely occurs between 37 through 50s. Thus, the "Sister Wives" reality star is indeed likely to experience it but the divorce rumors and two impending marriages are something more than Kody Brown's midlife crisis.
Kody Brown Causes The Cancellation Of 'Sister Wives' Season 8
According to Blasting News, an insider disclosed that Kody Brown is responsible for the cancellation of "Sister Wives." While Kody has what most men don't, wealth, fame and wives who adore him, he is not a "happy camper."
Per the report, the wives are always there for Kody. His second wife Janelle is there for him for 22 years, this third wife Christine for 21 years and his fourth wife Robyn for five years. When Robyn joined the picture five years ago, Meri, his first wife even sacrificed her legal marriage so Kody could legally marry Robyn and adopt her three children from a previous marriage.
However, per the insider, Kody wants to teach his "Sister Wives" a lesson that is why he wants to have new wives. The two women Kody is eyeing for includes Robyn's niece Mindy Jessop, whom fans saw in the previous seasons of "Sister Wives" and Amanda, a family friend.
Parent Herald previously reported that TLC decided to axe "Sister Wives" Season 8 because the network is not supportive of Kody Brown's plan of adding two more wives. There are also rumors that Meri's catfishing scandal is another reason.
If the "Sister Wives" remain faithful to Kody, why is he feeling a lack of support? Is this due to Kody's midlife crisis? What do you think? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
