Three months before Microsoft is releasing "Gears of War 4," a teaser video is out and it shows Marcus Fenix and his son J.D. springing into action. It seems that there will be a time jump from the previous installment since Marcus and his son look much older as they take down their enemies when their village was attacked in the teaser "Gears of War 4" gameplay video.
The almost seven-minute video of "Gears of War 4" showed the father and son together with the other characters attacking their enemies. The "Gears of War 4" campaign demo opened up with the voice of Marcus but fans were not able to see much his face since he had the video on his back as if making the players seemingly follow them as they launch their attack.
The official description of the campaign demo reads: "JD, Del, Kait and Marcus Fenix are in pursuit of creatures called the Swarm. With their village destroyed and Kait's mom abducted, the squad gives chase through the wilds of Sera and must battle through an incredible storm."
The gameplay demo of "Gears of War 4" was not too graphic although there were a lot of scenes wherein Marcus and his team were killing the enemies, Polygon reported. Players are excited to actually play the game since the "Gears of War 4" features great animation, sound effects, and great plot.
Initially, Microsoft was mum about Marcus being part of the game but it was later revealed that he will be playable in the multiplayer campaign as well as the Horde Mode of "Gears of War 4." However, the latest installment will be focusing more on his son J.D. Marcus will also not be playable in the main "Gears of War 4" campaign.
Before "Gears of War 4" will be launched this October 11 and is available for PC and Xbox One, the fans of the game could try and play it at the Comic-Con International San Diego.
