"The Elder Scrolls 6" could be the answer to "Skyrim" clamor that fans ask of Bethesda. Following "The Elder Scrolls 6" announcements at E3 2016 by Todd Howard (Bethesda Game Studios executive producer), the lengthened delivery period rekindled hope that the new game in for the "TES" series will deliver improvements over "Skyrim."
"The Elder Scrolls" has a solid fan base for Bethesda. Needless to say, "The Elder Scrolls" series continues to make for a lucrative franchise for Bethesda.
As Gaming Bolt points out, and because the "The Elder Scrolls" series is a long-running franchise, "TES" fans are acutely aware that Bethesda needs to deliver a few improvements to maintain loyalty. To qualify, "The Elder Scroll" remains one of the best offerings by Bethesda and by the gaming industry.
Still, a number of fans of "The Elder Scrolls" series maintain that the first "TES" delivered by Bethesda remains the best iteration. "Skyrim" has been enjoying strong sales since it was first released by Bethesda in 2011.
So much so that Bethesda announced "Skyrim Remastered" at E3 2016, rather than "The Elder Scrolls 6." On the interim, "The Elder Scrolls" Online also enjoys notable success while fans wait for "Skyrim Remastered" to be released later this year.
As Parent Herald reports Bethesda promised to deliver "The Elder Scrolls 6." The dependency for Bethesda being the delivery of two other major projects ahead of "The Elder Scrolls 6."
Although the set back to "The Elder Scrolls 6" release date is by years rather than by months, a "TES" 6 that's even more technically and technologically seamless than "Skyrim" would be a fair trade off. For the time being, "The Elder Scrolls 6" release date of 2020 the current assessment by "TES" fans and as mentioned "Skyrim Remastered" will be available by holiday season this year.
What are your biggest expectations for "The Elder Scrolls 6?" Do you think Bethesda should make a "Skyrim 2" or take a different direction for "The Elder Scrolls 6?"
