A new type of cyberbullying is up for the late millennials. Now it is done by children humiliating fellow children by using memes and chat rooms to 'roast' them until they crack. Cyber gangs are being born, so to speak.
Virtual gangs can be as dangerous as the real ones as these can draw a stain in the life of a victim who may carry it for the rest of his or her life. Daily Mail reports that the "experts are concerned that teenagers regard the cyberbullying as only one step up from normal banter and that groups of them can gang up or turn against each other."
A research on this matter presents the facts that girls are actually more prone to being either the perpetrators or victims of cyberbullying, twice as much as boys would. This is because boys tend to be more involved in physical bullying than girls. Also, according to some researches, girls' tendency to bully others online transpires because of their wiring to communicate more than the boys.
When girls gravitate toward cyberbullying, many things happen. Girls with disabilities or impairments are usually the victims. These victims' situations are heart melting. They should be loved but the bullying crowd are just conditioned to ruin other people's lives. Cyberbullying can lead to future great syndicate lords or even criminals since their minds are gradually conditioned to destroy people without feeling anything in their conscience. They enjoy seeing people's lives become a mess rather than expressing compassion.
Many do not notice what bullying can do to the lives of young people. Every seven minutes, a child is being bullied. Bullied students, as most would know, grow up socially anxious and they have low self-esteem, and usually have to undergo psychological or psychiatric health services. Unfortunately, only 7 percent of U.S. parents are worried about cyberbullying. The rest of the statistics about physical and cyber bullying can be really staggering if you will dig deeper on the matter.
