‘Dance Moms’ Season 7 Cast, News & Updates: Chloe Lukasiak Disses Maddie Ziegler In Recent Interview?

"Dance Moms" Season 7 is confirmed on Lifetime despite several reports hinting on the possible cancellation of the reality series after Season 6. Alum Chloe Lukasiak is believed to be returning to the show after Maddie Ziegler's recent exit. Is she throwing shade at her former best friend in this recent interview?

"Dance Moms" Season 7 cast news tease on the possible return of Chloe Lukasiak now that her former best friend and top competitor, Maddie Ziegler, left the Abby Lee Dance Company (ALDC) and Lifetime reality series after Season 6. As previously reported on Parent Herald, rumors of Lukasiak's return began after she posted a photo on Instagram, which seemingly hint on her departure from her current dance studio, Studio 19.

Many fans also believed that Lukasiak will be returning in "Dance Moms" Season 7 because Ziegler has already left the show. As most fans can recall, Abby Lee Miller used to keep Lukasiak and Ziegler go head-to-head against each other, which ultimately put a strain on their friendship.

Lukasiak also recently gave an interview with J-14 and talked about her new Teen Choice Award nomination as Choice Dancer. During the said interview, Lukasiak shared what makes her happy about dancing and what keeps her going despite the hardships that came with her passion.

The former "Dance Moms" alum recounted that she learned to listen to her own advice instead of being affected by what others think about her. The next part of her interview, however, led to speculations that Lukasiak was taking a jab at her former best friend, Ziegler.

"Something I've learned as a dancer is just to enjoy dancing, like you know you do it because you love it," she said. "Well I know some people who just want to win and stuff."
