Are you aware of the latest "Pokemon Go" update? Reports say that early this morning "Pokemon Go" released an update - version 0.31.0.
So far, it is reported that the update has only gone out to a few Android users. Perhaps an iOS update will soon come out, as it goes to the clearing stages of Apple's approval process. If your "Pokemon Go" has not been updated yet, don't worry because most people don't.
While gamers are still looking around to find out what's new with the latest "Pokemon Go" update, some changes are already obvious. Some changes appear good while others look questionable.
The Transfer Button Is Gone
A floating hamburger replaces the "transfer" button at the bottom of the every Pokemon's monitor. Don't worry, "Pokemon Go" players can still transfer your Pokemon, the button just moved here to make it easy and less scrolling. Notably, a "Favorite" button is seen there too.
Favoriting A Pokemon Seems To Work As Protection
It seems that this is a good "Pokemon Go" update because there many cases of players making transfer mistakes. Favoriting a Pokemon will make it safe from unintended transfer. If you want to protect a Pokemon from being transferred away by accident, put a star on it. This works only after the update.
No More Footprints?
Footprints guide players when tracking down "Pokemon Go" monsters. In the latest update players will no longer see footprints, but the nearby drawer remains there. The issues with the footprints may be the reason why it was entirely removed. It would be great if they bring it back soon.
Rotating Set Of Reminders and Warnings
Obviously, because of the many troubles "Pokemon Go" players got into, it is just smart for players to be reminded of the do's and don'ts when playing the game. "Don't Be Dumb" warnings such as do not trespass, do not enter dangerous areas and do not drive while playing the game will flash constantly.
New Avatar Customized Button
Players can now you change their look even after signup. In addition, gear color option is now enabled to Team Mystic players. Previously, only Instinct and Valor have this option.
Other Minor Changes Seen On The Updated "Pokemon Go"
There's a button in the egg incubation screen that will take the player straight to the shop. This will encourage a "Pokemon Go" player to make a purchase if that 5k egg has that wanted Porygon. Fonts are bolder and the medals are enhanced.
These are just a few notable changes in the latest "Pokemon Go" version 0.31.0, but it's already receiving negative comments. Current reports say players are getting upset with some of the new changes in the game. Do you like the new changes? Shoot us a note below on the comment section.
