"Married at Frist Sight" is back with a couple that tied the knot on a rocky patch. On August 2's episode on the reality TV series, it was revealed that the couple got soaked as the rain started to pour on their wedding date, which they considered a bad omen.
US Weekly got an exclusive preview of the next episode of "Married at First Sight." It was rainy during the new couple's wedding as both of them nervously waited on the venue. The groom, Tom who is 28 years old anxiously told the cameraman that he's shaky as he can't contain his nervousness of marrying a total stranger.
"I'm nervous - I'm getting shaky," Tom Wilson, told the cameraman while waiting for his bride. "I'm marrying a complete stranger, I have no idea what she looks like, and it's raining cats and dogs. It's a little bummer."
As for his bride, on the other hand, the 24-year-old realtor opened up to the cameras stating that all she ever wanted was to find true love and walk down the aisle. She was in tears as she told the cameras that there are so many bad omens on her wedding day. Despite the fact that the rain is pouring hard, Lilian stated that the showers would hinder her in finding true love.
"As a little girl, I've always imagined what my wedding would be like, but I never pictured getting married in the rain, especially to a stranger, and here I am," Lillian Vilchez stated. "My heart is pounding - I'm freaking out. It's really hard and very sad to know that my father won't give me away, I want this day to be perfect. They're been so many bad omens surrounding this wedding. I'm not going to let it stop me from trying to find love - I want to find that person! I am so ready to meet my husband. Hopefully, he's just as committed as I am."
The new couple will be getting to know each other during their honeymoon as they were only set up by a group of relationship experts. For "Weeding at First Sight's" first episode, Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner worked their marriage out and is happily married up to this date, as Daily Mail reports.
"Married at First Sight" will air on Tuesday, 9PM on ET. Do you think Lillian and Tom would last? Do let us know through the comment section below.
