Real-life couple of "The Young and the Restless" Chrishell Stause and Justin Hartley have revealed their engagement after over two years of dating. Chrishell Stause has shared on social media her stunning engagement ring!
Chrishell Stause, who plays Bethany Bryant in Y&R, proudly shared her gleaming diamond ring on her Twitter with a caption, "You guys think I need sunscreen..?" She and Justin Hartley, who plays Adam Newman in the daytime soap, started to date publicly in January 2014. The couple has not shared any details regarding their wedding plans yet, so that's something fans would surely look forward to.
Chrishell Stause joined "The Young and the Restless" earlier this year as the troublemaker Bethany. She debuted on the CBS soap opera on May 25. She is also known for her roles in "All My Children" and "Days of Our Lives." Meanwhile, Justin Hartley was cast in 2014 to take over the role of the Newman heir Adam from actor Michael Muhney. His other TV series credits include "Smallville" and "Mistresses."
In an interview with CBS, the 35-year-old actress shared how she loves her character. "I would describe her as very free. She's very live-in-the-moment. She enjoys being a bit of a troublemaker," Stausse said. "I would say we all have those traits in us; it just depends on your mood, I suppose. It's super fun to play this character because there are similarities. I would like to think I'm not as much of a troublemaker, but it sure is fun to play one!"
Justin Hartley is currently working on NBC's new series "This Is Us" as Kevin, together with Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia. Created by Dan Fogelman, the new drama is scheduled to premiere on NBC on Sept. 20.
"The Young and the Restless" airs Mondays to Fridays on CBS at 12:30 p.m.
