Breastfeeding Tips: Ryan Reynolds' Wife, Blake Lively Rubs Truffles on Breast for Baby James

Blake Lively has clever breastfeeding tips for moms out there! The wife of Ryan Reynolds revealed that she's been rubbing truffles on her breast every day to better breastfeed newborn daughter, James.

As reported in Metro UK, the actress used the mushroom types of truffles in complimenting the taste of her breast milk. Lively figured that her little one needed to eat good stuff even at only four months old. The actress said, "You got to give her a very well-balanced palate from a young age so she doesn't eat only beige food!"

Just Jared reported that Lively admitted to taking breastfeeding a serious job. In fact, the actress said she considered this task as a "full-time job." Lively added, "I'm, like, driving down the road, pumping."

Little James' mom also said she was happy for having kept the privacy she desired while pregnant. She noted the importance of staying low-key despite being in the public eye, as she said, "That was my way of owning that moment. I can't be someone like Beyoncé and be like- (she mimes throwing open a jacket and showing off her belly, a reference to Beyoncé's onstage announcement of her pregnancy at the VMAs in 2011). But it was important for us. It was a struggle, because we want to keep our privacy, but we also don't want our lives to be exploited by other people."

Lively and her actor husband had little James at the latter part of 2014. The pair was secretly married in 2012.

Lively admitted in a recent interview with Allure magazine that motherhood and family life have completed her, as reported in US Magazine. The 27-year old said, "I feel like I've figured out the most important thing to me. And everything supports that."

The complete interview appears in Allure's May 2015 issue.

Lively noted that her film role in "The Age of Adaline" and being a real mom has taught her the lesson to embrace aging. The actress revealed, "People are obsessed with beauty and youth and with looking and feeling young forever. But look at a woman who is granted that: She's trapped, because it's tragic to be young forever."

Lively further revealed that being a mom has made her closely reflect on the natural occurrence of death in life. The first-time mom candidly admitted in an Allure interview that, "Having a child makes you realize that we pass on for a reason. You think, 'I have to go, because it makes room for you.'"
