Chance for Children, a non - profit organization formed to support Japanese kids affected by earthquake - tsunami calamities, is the chosen beneficiary of Line's recently released set of Pokemon - themed stickers. This was announced Last August 2, Tuesday, by the Japanese Messaging app Line.
Chance for Children Organization is a non-profit organization that has a heart to change the sick lives of Japanese children as well as reconstruct the regions greatly or slightly affect by natural calamities. It started as part of the Brain Humanity and turned into an independent organization after the Great Hanshin - Awaji Earthquake.
Based on the report of Alicia Tan in MashableAsia, the Japanese Messaging app Line will give all the proceeds of the company's new set of Pokemon - themed stickers to the organization. The stickers include Pikachu saying "thank you" in different Japanese dialects.
Out of over 180 submitted designs for stickers made by different people around the globe, only 40 stickers made it to Line. The selection was done by Junichi Masuda, the general manager of Game Freak.
