'Clash of Clans' News & Update: Supercell To Deliver Next Update On Mid-September; New Patch Includes Nerfs, Buffs And Defense Systems

Supercell's "Clash of Clans" remains to be the most wanted game online, this is despite the flawed updates that the team has released in the past. According to reports, Supercell is gearing for another "Clash of Clans" update soon and it will include new defense systems, nerfs, buffs and more.

According to Enstarz, the upcoming "Clash of Clans" update will deliver major changes. Players will likely see new defense system, nerfs, buffs and more. This news has been confirmed by the "Clash of Clans" staff Anoushka.

Anoushka announced that most of the team behind "Clash of Clans" is back from their Summer holidays and are now occupied with "CoC's" next update that is slated to be released in mid-September. Anoushka also confirmed that the anticipated update will include balancing.

The next "Clash of Clans" patch will nerf dominant units indirectly but this case won't be the same all throughout. We know that balancing is not easy and the same struggle will be felt in the "CoC" gameplay.

According to Anoushka, even the smallest changes in a unit could risk it from being "too OP" to "ineffective." He takes witches as the best example for the said scenario. Meanwhile, underwhelming units like the Bowlers could be the newest OP troop.

For those wishing to see more of "Clash of Clans," Anoushka explained that they will be introducing new ways of defense that target bigger groups of mid-range units and probably buff Witches in the future. However, this might still take time as Supercell does not include these features in their "short run" plans.

Meanwhile, Parent Herald previously reported that the next "Clash of Clans" patch may include the different requests from "CoC" players. Supercell reportedly did a survey to ask their followers and gamers what they want for the gameplay.

The "Clash of Clans" players wish to see better Clan management, better ranking system and daily quest system. "CoC" gamers also want to enjoy more achievements, a sleeping mode for Clan Castles and arranged combats without planning.
