"Mortal Kombat X" might after all be getting an upgrade! A new clue has been posted by Ed Boon on his twitter. This was regarding the most awaited Kombat Pack 3 DLC. The developer teased his followers on twitter by dropping clues about the new "Mortal Kombat x" news.

This also reveals that the "Mortal Kombat X" release date might be just around the corner. "Mortal Kombat X" was reported to be launched at EVO. However, at the event, no announcement has been made. This disappointed the fans a lot. However, they still remain hopeful about it.

At the same time, the game director of "Mortal Kombat X" took an online poll from his twitter followers. The questions posed included an opinion he sought. Ed Boon asked if his followers have a plan on Microsoft's new Xbox One S console. The followers were given three options to choose from and the last option was "Kombat Pack 3 Dammit."

A lot of fans chose the third option over the other two. It gathered a total of 66 percent votes. This says it all, reported Movie News Guide.

The question that Ed Boon posted reveals the fact that they are working on it. However, they did not announce any release date for "Mortal Kombat X" DLC. There are reports that Ed Boon had promised to make a big announcement about "Mortal Kombat X." Could "Kombat Pack 3" be the news he wanted to reveal? He has also said earlier that the news will not be revealed at the EVO which confirms why no announcement was made during the event, reported iTechPost.
