Painting walls, mild cleaning, assembling and refinishing mid-size furniture are some projects you can safely do when pregnant, but there also a few things to avoid doing when pregnant, including something simple as bending down for too long or heavy lifting. Chemicals like Polyurethane that you didn't give much thought to before should now be something you are more conscious of as they can harm you and the baby. Make sure there is someone to help for those activities and projects you aren't able to do when pregnant.
