Former Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham, wrapped her arms around husband, David, as he blew his birthday candles over the weekend. David shared a photo of this joyous moment online. The happy dad and husband captioned the image with the message, "What a special and amazing night to be with the people I love."
Meanwhile, David and Victoria's 16-year-old son, Brooklyn, captioned a photo of him and his brothers from the birthday party with: "Reached 1 mil [followers] on my mums birthday and 2 mil on my dads. Thank u guys so much."
According to Marie Claire, the Beckhams celebrated David's special day at Marrakech's outskirts of Amanjena's five-star resort. The family traveled to Marrakech via a fancy private jet in time for an elegant celebration. What's more, David shared a photo of him from the bash with his presents on Instagram!
In attendance for David's 40th birthday bash were three of Victoria's friends from her Spice Girls days and actress, Eva Longoria, according to Crushable.com.
David and Victoria's four kids, Harper, Cruz David, Romeo James, and Brooklyn Joseph, were present in the birthday bash as well.
Harper playfully styled dad's hair according to her liking during the celebration. The little girl made use of a headband, ponytails, and an adorable pink bow in styling David's hair, according to People. The soccer athlete shared the photo of his daughter putting her creations to life on Monday.
David captioned the moving photo with the message, "Someone is trying to make daddy feel pretty today after a heavy night."
Marie Claire revealed that David referred to Harper as a fickle-minded child. He said, "It'll take (Harper) a good 20 minutes to decide what to wear and then she'll change her mind."
"I'm not used to that. We've obviously got three boys that kind of just stick on anything and they're happy. She changes her mind all the time," he added.
David enjoys taking Harper out and about in town. As Daily Mail reported, the British soccer champ was seen in Los Angeles with his daughter just last month, enjoying an ice cream treat outing. At the time, the Beckham family was on an Easter getaway in California. The Beckhams used to call Los Angeles their home when David was an L.A. Galaxy player.
David admitted that he has always been extra protective of Harper as his only daughter. "To have a daughter is a whole different thing," he shared. "I'm not saying I love my daughter more, but the boys are independent."
