NBA Trade Rumors: Sixers Trading Jahlil Okafor Is A Bad Move, Again; Okafor - Gibson Trade Getting Close?

The Philadelphia 76ers has been struggling for 3 straight years at the bottom and currently in the rebuilding process. The Sixers are currently linked on a numerous NBA trade rumor that will send them away Jahlil Okafor that seems to be a bad move.

Inquisitr reported that Jahlil Okafor is likely to be traded to the Chicago Bulls in exchanged with Taj Gibson. This would make the Bulls' interest to be more achieving since they are in a position to build potential stars around Dwayne Wade and Jimmy Butler.

On the other hand, getting Taj Gibson would not increase the Sixer's future success because Gibson is just a role player, and per ESPN Stats, he has been doing the same kind of stats for 7 years. Stats wise? We pick Okafor over Gibson. Jahlil Okafor is not just a rebounder for the Sixers, but Okafor is also their main scoring option.

The Philadelphia 76ers have been in the lottery pick for 3 straight years and only Okafor has proven worthy to be a potential star so far. Joel Embiid is just about to start his rookie season together with the 2016 NBA draft number 1 pick Ben Simmons.

Jahlil Okafor is younger than Gibson and is more valuable than any player that the Chicago Bulls can offer. The Sixers are still on a gamble on Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons until next season due to both of these players hasn't played yet and needs to prove that they are worthy of the Sixers organization's trust.

In a report made by The Bitbag, the Philadelphia 76ers are in starting to adjust to give Ben Simmons more playing time in a forward position. Positively, we are excited to see both Okafor and Simmons to bring Sixers back to life.

This possible trade is pretty much one sided that could make a negative impact to the Sixers. Still, the deal is hanging as an NBA trade rumor and let's hope that both teams could gain an equal benefit on any deal they could possible inked.
