Recent updates for "Outlander" Season 3 are filled with such issues of controversy and unpredictable. There are notions that the Australian actor, David Berry bags the Lord John Grey role. However, claims have also surfaced that Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan are not thrilled to have him on board.

Given the claims, there are no indicators that Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan are not thrilled with David Berry. The speculation is not affirmed and there are no inclinations of clashes between the main cast and with the new ones in regards to the casting for "Outlander" Season 3.

To prove the latter, Entertainment Weekly reports that David Berry will take on the role of Grey in the upcoming scenes for "Outlander" Season 3. His role is the former British soldier-turned-Ardsmuir Prison governor who will form a bond with the incarcerated Jamie Fraser.

Moreover, "Outlander" Season 3 would be drawn from the "Voyager." It is the third novel written by Diana Gabaldon's best selling, as noted by the same post. However, even though it is based on the book, the ending and the storyline are still unpredictable.

In a different note, Parent Herald also reported that there are possibilities that Starz might showcase some of the mysteries of the past seasons in the upcoming episodes of "Outlander" Season 3. However, there are no affirmations as to how far Starz would render it all.

For the fans and followers, there are too many things left uncovered and many are hoping "Outlander" Season 3 would unveil its mysteries. As for its air date, there has not been any confirmation for its precise return in to the small screens.
