Are Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally having another baby? That's what the rumor mills are spinning. Moreover, the second baby has allegedly been determined as a boy, according to Hollywood Life.
The reality star and her recording artist husband have been open about trying to have a baby for months. They have had IVF treatments, on top of the constant intercourse, which Kim admitted to US Magazine in March. Now, a source close to the family reveals that the efforts have literally bore fruit, as Kim is three months pregnant.
"I've heard that she's passed the 12-week point, but that she and Kanye aren't going to confirm it for at least a few more weeks," said the source. The story has been picked up by several news outlets since then. The full report will be out in the magazine's May 25 issue.
The couple's hesitation to make the announcements official is to avoid the pregnancy getting jinxed, especially after the Wests have gone through a battery of fertility treatments for this new baby. The details of Kim's $230,000 IVF treatments are also revealed in the magazine article.
Moreover, the insider divulged that the new baby is a boy and North's father couldn't be any happier. "To say that he's happy that she's carrying a boy is an understatement. One of each is perfect for them," the source disclosed. Kanye is perhaps already dreaming of having the child follow in his footsteps as a world-class rap artist.
During the Met Gala held in New York on May 4, Kim wore a Spanx to apparently hide her growing belly. Her revealing Roberto Cavalli gown showed no traces of the pregnancy at all. "She's been insisting to her stylist that she double up on Spanx," the source shared.
The celebrity has also been "working out like a demon" to avoid ballooning like a "beached whale." Her first pregnancy with North resulted in Kim having body issues when she was fat-shamed, according to a story in The Daily Beast in 2013.
However, Celebrity Dirty Laundry thinks this will be a difficult pregnancy for Kim, if she's indeed pregnant. She has been advised by her doctors before that her second pregnancy will be high-risk. The whole ordeal was shown in an episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
