A loving son's sweet words made Mother's Day extra special for Sandra Bullock. In an appearance in The Ellen Generes show, the veteran actress revealed that Louis wrote a song to honor her for the occasion. Bullock shared her joy to the host in seeing the love and creativity in her 5-year-old.
"He sang me a song that he wrote...and I didn't have the heart to tell him he plagiarized. But it was, ya know, 'Bingo,'" Bullock shared, according to ABC News.
The "Miss Congeniality" actress then proceeded to sing a tune from her kid's penned song. "There was a mom I love so much and Sandy was her name-o," she sang.
Bullock is just amazed with the joy of having a sweet kid. "I'm just like "ahhhh." And then he played the harmonica in between and then he just kept looking at me. And I just, ya know," she shared.
In turn, the talk show host complimented the little boy, commending that he has "a great personality," according to Daily Mail. The actress confidently told Ellen that she believed she's been a good mom to her kind-hearted kid. Bullock credited her life lessons as the best teachers in guiding her to be a better mom everyday.
Bullock adopted Louis from New Orleans in 2010. The bond between mom and son has surpassed that within a biologically related parent and child. The actress said that she feels connected to her son in such a way that she felt as if they were actually biologically related.
"I didn't [give birth to him], but I feel hormonally," she said, according to People.
She also confessed that she has a knack of falling for the guys from Magic Mike.
"It just is ya know, you see the trailers and I know they're sort of winking at you, but then I ovulate. It's just that thing happens. You don't know what I'm talking about?" she confessed, as reported by Justjared.com.
"Well its weird. You think you're a strong woman, I can think for myself. I've got my own business, I'm a mom.' Uhhh. Ya know. It just happens," she jokingly admitted.
Bullock will be featured in the upcoming animated film, "Minions." She lends her voice to Scarlett Overkill in the "Despicable Me" inspired movie. Bullock, 50, has been single since splitting with ex-husband, Jesse James in 2010.
