NBA Trade Rumors:Greg Monroe Finds A New Court In Chicago Bulls, Derrick Favors Joins Wizards?

Greg Monroe is a regular in the NBA trade rumor mills this season. According to reports, Milwaukee Bucks have been trading the power forward for quite a while now but no team signs the player yet. However, Greg Monroe has been linked to several contender teams in the NBA league this season.

Parent Herald previously reported that Greg Monroe is joining the super team Golden State Warriors. However, reports have it that the current NBA champion, Cleveland Cavaliers is also interested in acquiring the Bucks' center.

Aside from the two teams, Greg Monroe is linked to New Orleans Pelicans. Unfortunately, despite the number of teams associated with Monroe, the player remains on the trading block.

Another contender in the NBA league is linked to Greg Monroe. According to Yibada, Greg Monroe could be joining Dwyane Wade in Chicago Bulls before NBA 2016-17 season begins.

The report notes that Greg Monroe struggles to fit in Milwaukee Bucks' system. The player average 15.3 points and 8.8 rebounds per game but he remains the top candidate for the trade.

In fact, Parent Herald reported that Bucks is determined to get rid of Greg Monroe in their roster. The team is even willing to include Jabari Parker in the Monroe trade for a package deal to entice the other teams to initiate a trade.

So much for the Greg Monroe trade, the NBA trade rumors also suggest that Derrick Favors will be playing for another team in the upcoming NBA season. Favors is heading for the last two final seasons with Utah Jazz but the team is unlikely to keep the player in 2018, so they would be trading him soon.

According to the report, Derrick Favors is heading to Washington Wizards. Per ESPN, Jazz could send Favors to Wizards for Marcus Morris and Otto Porter Jr. However, it remains unknown if Wizards would give up such assets in favor of Derrick Favors.

Should Washington Wizards trade for Derrick Favors? Will Chicago Bulls trade for Greg Monroe? Are we seeing a Dwyane Wade and Monroe tandem in the upcoming NBA season? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
