Change is definitely coming in "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3. According to "HTGAWM" creator Pete Nowalk, one of the biggest changes this season is seeing the Keating 5 as they return to law school.
What's more interesting to Keating 5's law school comeback in "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3, however, is the fact that they won't be going back to school to normal. Nowalk also adds that the team will be struggling as they continue to move on with their lives as students, E! News noted.
In addition, ABC has also revealed some "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 details and first up was the title for the pilot episode, "We're Good People Now." Based on the official synopsis and promotional images, the third installment of "HTGAWM" hinted a character-driven plot and the introduction of a new character.
According to International Business Times, the new character in "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 will be played by "Chicago PD" alum Behzad Dabu. Unfortunately, no other details about the character have been released yet.
As for Annalise Keating (Viola Davis), her reputation at Middleton University was put at risk after posters with her face on it were plastered around, accusing her of being a killer. With that said, Annalise establishes a criminal law clinic that will allow students to compete and solve their own pro bono cases.
Moreover, Annalise will also face a tough decision-making in "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 that will involve Frank (Charlie Weber). What's mind-boggling about this scenario is the fact that Annalise's decision could change everything in the series.
Meanwhile, "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 also hinted a mysterious killer and the demise of a major character, which was previously noted to have shocked the cast. The relationship issues between Connor Walsh and Oliver Hampton might also be tackled in the upcoming season of "HTGAWM" season 3.
As for "How to Get Away with Murder" season 3 guest cast, Entertainment Weekly confirmed that Grammy Award-winning hip hop soul artist Mary J. Blige will be joining the cast this season but no details about her character have been revealed yet. In addition to Blige, Amy Madigan and Esai Morales are also scheduled to guest star in the series.
