Lady Gaga & Taylor Kinney: Mother Monster Slams Pregnancy Rumors, Says She's Only Getting 'A Little Older'

Rumors have been circulating that Lady Gaga is in the most interesting stages of pregnancy and has been avoiding wine to safeguard the health of her baby with fiancé Taylor Kinney. She has also apparently been seen with a "baby bump." In a recent public appearance at the Hollywood Bowl with Tony Bennett, however, the "Mother Monster" artist addressed the rumors with a bit of humor, as reported by People Magazine.

Right off the bat, Lady Gaga denied the pregnancy, but revealed the real reason why she seemed to have been putting on weight. "I'm getting a little older and many people think I'm pregnant but I tell them, 'I'm just almost f--king 30," the "Bad Romance" singer told the audience. She also admitted that she's been having a hard time "with things," alluding to her supposed weight gain. Grabbing her thigh, the pop star joked she needed to trim, "a little more here and there," which elicited some laughter from those who came to watch her and Bennett perform.

The duo sang songs from their Grammy-winning album "Cheek to Cheek", with Lady Gaga going through several outfit changes during the duration of the 2-hour show. One of these costumes included a red see-through gown that belied the pregnancy rumors. The star was dropped-dead gorgeous in it, according to Entertainment Tonight.

So, where did this pregnancy rumors spark? According to Inquistr, it perhaps originated from the satire website Media Mass, which published an article claiming that the "Poker Face" singer had been drinking water instead of wine during a romantic date with Kinney. She was also spotted with a "prominent stomach bulge," the story went to say.

Having a baby, however, doesn't look like an idea she is completely shutting down, as she is obviously in love with her husband-to-be. Later in the concert, Lady Gaga gushed, "I just tried to skype with my fiancé. He's in Serbia. Every little bit I get with him, even though it's not a lot, means so much," as reported in the Daily Mail.

She also told reporters that they have thought of having children, which should only be natural for someone in a serious relationship. Having accomplished a lot and setting her life straight, Lady Gaga said that she thought having kids would be the next in line.

"But then I started to spend a lot more time with Tony, and everything just became simpler, more pure, and more perfect. Now I think I'm going to take a lot more time before I have kids and settle down. I just want to sing," she revealed in a report from Washington Post.
