Several game experts and tech insiders have already released their predictions for the PlayStation Plus free games for October 2016. While it would still be early to tell, several fans are eagerly anticipating for more details about next month's list.

As Vine Report noted, Japanese titles such as "Nights of Azure," "BlazBlue: Chronophantasma Extend" and "Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus" could potentially make it to the PlayStation Plus free games for October 2016. Almost all of the mentioned titles are fairly new with the oldest being "Senran" which was released to PS Vita and PC two years ago.

Another title rumored to be added to the PlayStation Plus free games for October 2016 list is Ubisoft's "From Dust." The game was launched in 2011 on thE PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Meanwhile, Chattsportsnet squashed rumors of the PlayStation Plus free games for October 2016 getting announced earlier than expected. The site claimed that PS Plus subscribers should at least wait for 3 more weeks before the new list gets released.

Fans expected to have AAA titles on this month's free games list. Among the titles speculated to be included were "Watch Dogs," "LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham" and "Killzone Shadow Fall."
