Michelle Duggar and her husband Jim Bob was placed under fire after the "19 Kids and Counting" stars face divorce rumors. The couple may be going through tough times, but Michelle Duggar received heartfelt messages from her children for her 50th birthday.
Jill Duggar Dillard posted a lengthy birthday greeting for her mother on her social media page. The even mentioned that Michelle is not just her mother, but her best friend as well.
"Your tender care and sweet, gracious spirit was always there to comfort us," part of what Jill wrote mentioned how blessed she is to have her mother as mentioned on People. "And reprove us when we needed it. ;-) Your joyful attitude made our home a happy one. You chose joy even when things were tough. Seeing the love between you and Daddy made us girls dream about our future princes who would one day sweep us off our feet! You made sure we knew we could call you anytime about anything (& you still do!) and would stay up super late lending a listening ear to anything that might be on our hearts."
Aside from Jill, her sister Jessa Duggar Seewald, who is expecting her second child with her husband Ben posted her birthday greeting on The Seewald Family website. Her lengthy post discussed how her mother raised her, and how Michelle became one of her greatest influence when it comes to parenting. She then ended her message stating that her mother is indeed a genuine gem.
"Coming up with this list of things I'm most thankful for in you was the easiest thing I've ever done!" ended get greeting. "You're a gem."
Parent Herald previously reported that Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar is going through the rocks as they are on the brink of divorce. The website mentioned that the couple managed to stay together as they both need to keep their publicity to pull their ratings.
