Niantic continues to update and drop new features as the "Pokemon Go" rolls on its 3rd month since the release. Now the upcoming "Pokemon Go" PvP has yet to release and fans are happily craving for it.
According to Yibada, Niantic CEO John Hanke claims that the "Pokemon Go" PvP feature is already on the roadmap, but no specific date for the release. Hanke didn't mention any details whether the "Pokemon Go" PvP will exist or not.
In a press release held by VG247, the idea of adding a PvP feature in "Pokemon Go" came up when he found out that his 10-year old boy wants to play against his friends through a "Pokemon Go" head-to-head battle. Hanke said that it is something that they thinking right now.
A PvP or Player-versus-Player would be a great addition to the Pokemon Go feature. Thus, this PvP feature will allow "Pokemon Go" players interact and fight each other using a summoned Pokemon.
It would provide a great boost to Niantic as there are reports that several of the "Pokemon Go" players tend to leave the game due to increasing numbers of cheaters. It is no secret that "Pokemon Go" fought its way out against numerous hackers that create "Pokemon Go" cheats. Though the third party apps may find very helpful, still it is part of cheating.
On the other hand, the new rumored feature coming out is the "Pokemon Go" trading system. It has been revealed that the "Pokemon Go" trading system will allow players to exchange Pokemons and other in-game stuff in Pokemon Go.
In addition, "Pokemon Go" players are now enjoying the recently added feature, the "Pokemon Go" Buddy System. Allowing players to choose a buddy for their Pokemon as it can acquire "Pokemon Go" candy of the same type after reaching a certain distance through walking.
Niantic has yet to announce new features such as the PvP, but players are likely to expect such feature. Adding a Pokemon Go PvP will be a great new interaction feature for every player.
