Kendra Wilkinson & Hank Baskett Are "Back To Good," Secret to Happy Home Revealed

Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett are finally past the rough patch the came face to face with in the past months in their marriage. In an interview with The Real, the former Playboy model said that she and her husband are now "back to good" following a very challenging period of their lives as man and wife.

"Hank and I just went through a little marital crisis, you know, a little bit ago, but we're back to good," Wilkinson tells the hosts of The Real, according to Extra TV. She then continues to share a valuable advice she and Baskett decided to implement in their lives in an effort to resolve their marital issues easily. Wilkinson says that she and her husband abide the by the rule of never going to sleep mad at each other.

This piece of advice arose some conflicting reactions from the ladies in the show, namely, Adrienne Bailon, Tamar Braxton, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai and Tamera Mowry. Love, in particular, felt that the advice is not realistic, citing her past relationships when she claims to not want to "deal" with the other person at the moment. Meanwhile, the other hosts expressed their curiosity on the feasibility of applying Wilkinson's advice in other romantic relationships. In fact, Bailon asks, "People go through things to help others. Help us. How do you do that?"

Wilkinson then explains that she and Hank learned the hard way how they instantly attack each other during arguments simply because the other wants to hear specific things that agree to his or her own opinion. To correct this, the reality star says that couples should be very open with one another in terms of expressing what they understood from the other's argument. To better aid the viewers, Wilkinson even says that before responding to the points raised by a partner during a fight, one could start by saying, "What I heard you say was," then continue with the interpretation of the offending statement.

Earlier this year, both Wilkinson and Baskett told In Touch Weekly that their relationship has been improving since the cheating scandal involving the latter and a transgender model broke out and virtually ruined their marriage. "We're working on it minute-to-minute, every day," Wilkinson shared. She added, "I believe we're on the road to being better than ever. Sometimes you need a shake-up to get to a place you've never been before."
