The Milwaukee Bucks are making a few more adjustments to their lineup prior to the NBA regular season by trading point guard, Tyler Ennis, to the Houston Rockets for small forward, Michael Beasley.
The Bucks are determined to prepare themselves for the upcoming NBA season, making all the necessary changes to their roster, in the hopes of becoming a serious contender in the league's Eastern Conference. In their latest move, the young Bucks have traded their backup point guard, Tyler Ennis, for a much needed wingman in the form of veteran Michael Beasley.
Milwaukee is already loaded in their backcourt positions, with rising star Giannis Antetokounmpo transitioning to the point guard spot, with backups Matthew Dellavedova and Michael Carter-Williams, and Rashad Vaugn and Jason Terry, on shooting guard. With Beasley on their team, they will get another shooter for their wings, as Khris Middletown will be out for the next six months, due to a torn hamstring, according to Real GM.
Beasley looks to rejuvenate his NBA career with the Bucks, where he will look to start for the team with Middleton's absence. The 27-year-old former #2 overall pick will be a good addition for the Bucks's front court and provide great offense, says The Dream Shake. Before playing for the Rockets, late in the 2015-2016 season, Beasley finished his last season with the Shandong Golden Stars in China, where he was named the league's Foreign MVP.
For Tyler Ennis, the young point guard from Syracuse might not get much playing if he stayed with the Bucks, due to their stack backcourt, but perhaps he may find some minutes over in Houston. The Rockets currently have Pat Beverly as their point guard, and with Pablo Prigioni as his backup, the 22-year old Ennis may come off as a reserve from the bench. In his last season with the Bucks, Ennis averaged 4.5 points, 2.1 assists and 1.6 rebounds, after playing in just 46 games.
