NBA Trade Rumors: Washington Wizards Trading John Wall Heading To Detroit Pistons Due To Injury?; Wall Skips Training Camp

John Wall is another familiar name that has been dragged in the NBA trade rumor mills this offseason. Wall has been linked to a number of teams in the NBA league. Recent reports suggest that Washington Wizards is trading John Wall to Detroit Pistons due to his injury.

John Wall is still recovering from injury. Washington Wizards are displaying caution when it comes to dealing with their players with injury by restricting their playing time until they are completely okay. So, is they giving up Wall due to injury?

John Wall just came off from a double knee surgery but aside from this, another reason he was dragged into the NBA trade rumor mills is his alleged dispute with his running mate Bradley Beal. In an interview, Wall admitted that his relationship with Beal needs to be improved as they have the tendency to dislike each other. Due to this, there are reports circulating online that one of them will be traded and it could be John Wall.

In fact, there are rumors that Miami Heat is trading for John Wall in exchange for Goran Dragic. NBC Sports added that instead of trading to Heat, Washington Wizards could send Wall to Detroit Pistons in a four-team trade where Wizards will get Brandon Knight, Jahlil Okafor and T.J. Warren.

However, Wiz of Awes debunked previous reports suggesting that Washington Wizards is not trading John Wall to Detroit Pistons or to any other team. Wall will still be playing with Bradley Beal for the Wizards.

Meanwhile, according to Real GM, it is still uncertain if John Wall could join Wizards in the training. He might skip it to have a good rest as it's what he needs more.

Scott Brooks, Washington Wizards' head coach admitted that John Wall is still not ready for the training camp. Brooks doesn't want to give a deadline and stressed that he wants their athlete to be ready but this doesn't mean that they are trading the player.
