Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson Reunite In ‘Twilight’ Spinoff: Lionsgate Exec Confirms Plans

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson may have gone separate ways, but it looks like fans will see the former couple back on the big screens. In a recent interview with Lionsgate executive Patrick Wachsberger, it was revealed that another "Twilight" movie may be in the works.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart reunion may happen soon if Lionsgate's plan to do another "Twilight" movie pushes through. During an interview with Screen Daily, Lionsgate executive Patrick Wachsberger said that it is possible to see a sequel to the "Breaking Dawn" movie.

"It's a possibility," said Wachsberger. "Not a certainty but it's a possibility."

Wachsberger said that the "Twilight" movie may become a possibility as long as author Stephenie Meyer is up to it. As most fans can recall, the movie franchise concluded with "Breaking Dawn: Part 2," however, many fans debated that there is a lot more story to tell beyond the trilogy.

Should it become a possibility, then this would help pave the way for another reunion for the "RobSten" pairing. Wachsberger also recounted that Pattinson was tapped to play the role of Edward Cullen just weeks prior to the start of production for the "Twilight Saga."

Many fans have been hoping to see Stewart and Pattinson back in another movie since their chemistry was definitely palpable both behind the scenes and in front of the cameras. As Gossip Cop noted in its previous report, there have been countless rumors about a reunion movie for the former couple.

There have also been reports that Pattinson and Stewart have rekindled their relationship and have left their respective partners, FKA Twigs and Alicia Cargile. However, these rumors proved to be false, but fans continue holding out hope to see Pattinson and Stewart back together at least in front of the cameras, if not in real life.
