Chris Bosh was expected to play in the court in the 2016-2017 NBA season despite his health condition but the player has experienced another setback as it has been reported that he failed his physical. Many are speculating that he will now resign while others are saying that Miami Heat should trade him.
Morning Ledger reported that Bosh failed the physical examination as there was more evidence of blood clotting in his system. His condition and the medicine that is needed to help him recover will not allow him to play for the 2016-2017 NBA season.
The health problems of Bosh started in December 2014 after he had a strained calf. He played again after two weeks of resting but had to miss out the rest of the season after it was found out that a blood clot developed in his lungs by early 2015. Blood clots are said to be life-threatening and if it is left untreated, it could do more damages especially to the brain.
Bosh took to Twitter to talk about the matter and he said that despite the latest setback in his career, it will not stop him from going back to the court. Miami Heat also tweeted about the matter. The full tweet reads: "Miami Heat regret that it remains unable to clear Chris to return to basketball activities, and there is no timetable for his return."
As for the resignation of Bosh, many have been speculating that it will be his next move but he has not commented on it so far.
By not passing the physical, NBA trade rumors have once again circulated involving the Miami Heat player, Inquisitr reported. Accordingly, the best move that Miami Heat could do now is to trade Bosh to any team willing to acquire him and wait for him to pass the physical and be cured from the blood clot in general.
Bosh is considered as one of the best forwards in the NBA league but because of his health issues, he is no longer on the top. Last year, he averaged 19.1 points and 7.4 rebounds. If Miami Heat decides to trade Bosh, it would not be much of a problem since the price of trading him will not be that high.
