Fox's "Scream Queens" has returned for its second season on September 20, Tuesday, and the remaining of the Chanels are back to give another horror-comedy twisted story on the show. "Scream Queens," the horror-comedy anthology series, has a new hospital setting and added a new set of cast including Taylor Lautner and John Stamos as hot doctors and Kirstie Alley as Nurse Hoffel.
"Scream Queens" season 2 premiere kickstarted with a twisted flashback of a Halloween party at a hospital named Our Lady of Perpetual Suffering on October 31, 1985. where a pregnant woman pulls a doctor and nurse from the party and begs them to check on her husband. The nurse and the doctor agreed to operate on him, which they lied about. So instead of helping him, they decided to toss him to a toxic swamp behind the hospital facility.
Flash forward to "Scream Queens" 2016, the hospital is now under a new owner, former Dean Cathy Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis), who has received an Honorary Doctorate Degree. Dr. Munsch has employed the two hot doctors, Dr. Brock Holt (John Stamos) and Dr. Cassidy Cascade (Taylor Lautner) who have showed an early attraction to Chanel No. 3 (Billie Lourd). Dr. Munsch has employed Zayday Williams (Keke Palmer), who is on her way to becoming a doctor, and gave a bizarre request to employ the Chanels at the hospital.
One of the creators of this horror-comedy hit "Scream Queens", Ryan Murphy, mentioned to HollywoodReporter, "Before the show did seem very young, but now I hope there's something for everybody."
The premiere episode of Season 2 of "Scream Queens" showed a more twisted plot and is promising to be funnier and more thrilling on the incoming episodes. Episode 2 continues on FOX on Tuesday, September 27th at 9pm EST.
