"Georgie Porgie, Puddin' and Pie, Kissed the girls and made them cry," so goes the popular English nursery rhyme and it may just be the bit playing in someone's head whenever they see Prince George with his playgroup.
Looking like a complete ladies man, the Prince, currently third in line to the throne, has mostly girls in his "entourage," reports to People Magazine.
Does he get along with his little lady friends?
While Prince George's baby sister Princess Charlotte is too young to play with him, the first-born child of Prince William and Kate Middleton is spending time with kids his age, specifically his female cousins Savannah, 4, Islah, 3, and Mia, 18 months. The kids were recently seen and photographed playing together while the adults watched a polo match.
Savannah and Islah are sisters, born to Peter Phillips, who is Prince Williams' cousin. Mia, on the other hand, is the daughter of Zara, Peter's sister. According to People, it was what the duchess has always wanted --- for her children to be close to the extended family.
"You could tell they had all spent time together - they certainly weren't strangers," said Mark Stewart, the royal photographer. Unlike Georgie from the nursery rhyme, though, Prince George was being a good team player, who simply followed the girls lead and did what they do.
In the same family event, the young prince was seen adorably playing with his mother. When George wasn't with his gal pals, he had his mother to keep him company. Little George ran and slid on the grassy banks of the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire, while his mother tried to play catch up.
Photos of the mother and son spending time together have been carried by numerous publications, earning some comments and observations that the charming moments may have been staged for the sake of good publicity.
However, according to an insider (via Daily Beast), it appears the Duke and Duchess are aware of Prince George's future role as a public figure but for now, they are allowing him be a little kid.
"While he is young, Prince George must also be permitted to lead as ordinary a life as possible. I don't think any parent would tolerate the suspicion of someone pursuing and harassing their child and carer whilst their child is playing in a public park or going about their daily activities," claimed the source.
