A child who fears a clown is acceptable. But an adult who is scared of clowns is now acceptable, too, after killer clowns" have been heard and seen in places.
Sure, clowns are not scary. Those men wearing thick face paints, big shoes and fluffy wigs are not scary. Scary is an understatement. Clowns are terrifying, to say the least!
What is scarier than regular varieties are the "killer clowns." Concerning to say the least, "killer clowns" are said to be haunting the forests of America, according to a report from Rolling Stones. Killer clowns were heard of in woods scaring not just kids but adults as well.
This has caused alarm to parents and authorities. What is even scarier is that these creepy "killer clowns" are just popping in different places.
In Greenville County, as reported by Wyff4, where children were supposedly enticed by "killer clowns" into the woods by giving them money. One resident reported that her son told her he saw clowns in the woods making strange noises.
Another citizen said that at about 2:30 a.m., she saw a clown with a blinking nose who waved at her. Residents feared the "killer clown" might get their children.
The "killer clown" scare is sweeping America by storm-and not in a good way. A recent Facebook video showed a Caden Parmelee riding a car in Florida. The person took a video of what seemed to be the "killer clown" who noticed them and started moving towards them which prompted them to leave.
There is also a woman claiming she saw two clowns staring at her while she was walking her dog, according to a report from Florida Today. "I never run but I turned and ran back to my home as fast as I can. These clowns have to go away," the 41-year-old woman said.
If you think this just happens in movie, think again. The sightings of the eerie and "killer clown" have gotten to Canada, according to BBC News. It has spread in Gatineau, Quebec, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Cape Breton and Bowmanville, Ontario, Toronto and Ottawa.
