Alice Eve & husband Alex Cowper Going Strong & Spotted Kissing -- Top 5 Tips to Keep The Marriage Spicy

In the showbiz industry, breakups, separation and even divorce are normal occurrences between couples. Couples who remained sweet to each other, especially those who were able to keep their marriage, are considered successful. Among those couples who evidently keep their romance burning are actress Alice Eve and husband Alex Cowper.

On Tuesday, the two were spotted outside a restaurant smooching, with their chairs facing the street, Mail Online reports.

The actress tried to hide her high profile image by dressing down with a thick knitted jumper and rolled up ripped jeans. She wore a fedora hat and a pair of chunky wedged heels.

Alice and Alex met at Westminster School, they reunited as a couple last year and got married on New Year's Eve in 2014.

The couple is an example of sweethearts who are very much in love with each other. Every couple would wish to stay at their honeymoon phase to keep their marriage exciting. Here are five tips to keep the fire in one's marriage burning:

1. Have a financial plan

Most families that didn't work failed due to financial issues. In fact, this is the number one reason couples argue, Health.com reports. When one starts to keep his or her purchases from his or her spouse, the marriage could go south. It is essential that couples agree on their spending habits. Ken Robbins, M.D., a clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison said, "But financial issues are best to resolve early on. You want to decide who is going to pay the bills, how much discretionary spending is reasonable, and how you're going to keep track of it all."

2. Let the partner know he/she is being appreciated

When a couple lives in one roof, they become too familiar with each other. The touch of mystery that used to intrigue them is gone and the sense of responsibility snatched the spark they used to enjoy. It is important for each partner to be appreciative. Saying thank you for the little things or giving compliments about the look of the spouse can make him/her feel happy and loved. Every wife should exert effort to keep their husband feel loved. In a report from Huffington Post, almost half of the men who cheated did it because of emotional dissatisfaction.

3. Take time to be together

When the couple starts to have kids, they forgo their weekend getaways or Saturday dates because those activities are costly. It doesn't need expensive getaways to be together. The couple can do the grocery together, cook together or wash the car together. From time to time it is still important to take a vacation without the kids and do the things both enjoy, Hitched has learned.

4. Keep intimacy and passion

According to Huffington Post, intimacy is not just about sex, couples can take it even outside their bedroom. A walk under the moon, a kiss in the rain, a hug when the other spouse loses his or her spirit, everything that makes each other loved and important can contribute to the growth of marriage.

5. Take care of your looks

With the kids around and a pile of household chores, most wives forget to take care of themselves. However, it is still important to pamper one's self. Take time to work out, eat healthy and stay fit. By doing so, one can be sure to keep his or her spouse's attention.
