However, we are only a few weeks away from the new NBA season and Philly has not found a new home court for Noel Nerlens or Jahlil Okafor yet. According to Sports Rageous, Sixers are in trade talks with Phoenix Suns and Houston Rockets. This triggers the reports that Nerlens Noel could be playing alongside James Harden.
James Harden and Dwight Howard had a rough run last NBA season. The dispute between the two NBA superstars affected their performance adversely, which leads to Howard exiting the first round of the playoffs.
However, although James Harden is now settled, Dwight Howard's departure left a huge void in Houston Rockets. They need a big man to replace Howard this NBA season. This is when Philadelphia 76ers' Nerlens Noel comes into the picture.
The report suggests that to acquire Philly's Nerlens Noel, Rockets have to engage in a deal with Sixers and Phoenix Suns. Many believe that Houston Rockets is a potential landing spot for Noel.
Fox Sports suggested that this three-way trade will also involve Brandon Knight, Archie Goodwin, K.J. McDaniels, Clint Capela and the future drafts from Rockets and Sixers. How would this go?
Houston Rockets will acquire Philadelphia 76ers big man Nerlens Noel. In return, Sixers will receive Suns shooting guards Brandon Knight and Archie Goodwin.
On the other hand, Phoenix Suns will acquire Houston Rockets shooting guard K.J. McDaniels and power forward Clint Capela. Suns will also receive Houston's first round pick and Philadelphia Sixers' second-round pick.
