Actor Tom Arnold and wife Ashley Groussman are having a baby.
Arnold, who married Groussman in 2009, confirmed the news on ABC's "The View." Interestingly, the baby is due in March, the same month Arnold was born, March 6.
"I'm pregnant," Us Weekly quoted the 53-year-old, as saying. "I have put on, like, 40 pounds. My wife is pregnant too. We're having a baby."
Arnold, who has been married three times earlier, also revealed his fertility issues playing an important role in spoiling his previous relationships.
"I have a very low sperm count," People magazine quoted Arnold, revealing. "It is hard on the women" he said. "I've tried with other people, but since there is a God we were unable to conceive. Now God said, 'This is it!'"
The current pregnancy is a result of the in vitro fertilization treatment the couple opted long back.
"Yesterday she had an ultrasound and she keeps sending them to me and she's like, 'You can see he's sucking his thumb,'" the former host of the talk show "The Best Damn Sports Show Period," said, according to People magazine.
During the show, "The True Lies," star also expressed his excitement and happiness.
"We're really happy. I didn't think it was in the cards for me, I'll be honest, and so I was completely shocked," People reported Arnold's statement. "It's a miracle."
Arnold, who started his career as a stand-up comedian, shot to fame after appearing in the 1994 action movie of James Cameron, "True Lies." He is also widely known for his roles in movies like "Happy Endings," "The Kid & I," and "Gardens of the Night."
