The source told Hollywood Reporter that Dylan O'Brien went through a fatal accident, which nearly cost him his life, but the actor responded positively to the medical attention that he's getting.

"He's all better," a source told The Hollywood Reporter. "It was more than disconcerting. I never saw him in his worst form, but it was described to me. It was really scary. He came close to dying, I'm pretty sure. It was enough to shake your core."
