In celebration of the "Dragon Ball" franchise and its 30 years of giving Super Saiyans to its avid fans, Bandai Namco releases its "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" open beta program for fans to enjoy the game before its official release. The beta release is now available on October 14 until October 17.
"Dragon Ball Xenoverse" was the last game console provided by Bandai Namco for the Dragon Ball universe. The "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2," on the other hand, provides semi-open-world gameplay for the latest platforms, according to IBT. The gameplay which can transport its players to take part of what most fans love about the Dragon Ball franchise will let its players feel that the game is written and made for fans and only for them.
When it comes to the new "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" avatar customization, Bandai Namco has not revealed everything but it is certain that there will be a lot of digital cosplay available for players even for those who play the beta program. The story for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will allow players to become a Time-Patroller where the player can correct anomalies from the Dragon Ball Timeline.
Once players are out from their quests, open beta players can enter its versus mode where they can play online or just play with friends. According to players, "Dragon Ball Xenoverse" is just the test run and "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is the ultimate version. It is also like playing Budokai 3 after having Budokai 1.
One talk of the town, however, for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is the release of Black Goku for "Dragon Ball Super." Eight new screenshots were revealed for Black Goku on the Facebook page by Dragon Ball X - Games.
For those who are interested in playing Black Goku, the avatar will be available for free at the release of preordering. "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will be available on October 25 in the U.S and October 28 in Europe. Fans can now pre-order to be able to get Black Goku for free but still be able to enjoy the open beta now until the 17th.
