Thousands of Directioners all over the world have been waiting for the return of One Direction in the limelight. They might not wait for too long, as Niall Horan drops a hint of One Direction reunion.
Niall Horan just hinted a One Direction reunion. He emphasized that the famous boy band who made a worldwide phenomenon would surely do that in the "foreseeable future," News.com.au reported. While the singer could not give a definite timeline, he said that the members have talked about coming back as a group.
The Irish-pop boy band people came to know composed of Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan. In 2010, they were formed as a group by none other than Simon Cowell. They all started out as solo auditionees for the British talent show "The X Factor." But in March 2015, the issue that rocked the fans was Zayn Malik's departure.
It was then that the all-boy group decided to take a hiatus for each to focus on their solo projects in 2015. But the temporary hiatus could lead to a permanent breakup as each decided not to renew their recording contract and therefore succumbed to an end in the same year, the publication added.
But Niall Nolan assured 1D fans that while they might be focusing on doing their "own thing" for now, a "permanent split is not in the works," according to E! News. After Zayn Malik went solo, the four remained as One Direction but later gone in their separate ways to take a pause. While on a hiatus, Horan made the period pretty productive.
Horan was the first to drop his very own single in September entitled "This Town." In an interview on the Graham Norton Show, E! News reported that Horan is currently busy making it up, doing his own pursuits.
Aside from coming up with his own music, Horan is also making his travels and backpacking into fruition to find the right path to greater tunes and inspiration to make good music. Entertainment also reported that aside from Horan trying a new single, he also said that Harry Styles' upcoming movie, "Dunkirk" directed by Christopher Nolan is in the works.
