"Sex and The City" is a hugely popular series that brought to life the lovable and unforgettable characters of Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes, Samantha Jones, and Charlotte York. It is no wonder that years after the series aired its last episode, fans are still hoping for a possible TV or movie sequel.
Well, hoping may not be in vain after all as the actress who played Carrie, Ms. Sarah Jessica Parker recently hinted that a new movie adaptation may be in the works. In a CBS News interview, Parker gave an intriguing answer to the burning question about "Sex and The City" reunion by saying that somebody is probably taking care of it. Furthermore, according to an article in Time, the actress said she is always open to the possibility of doing another "Sex and The City" movie.
Parker further adds that she believes her co-stars in the series, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis would likewise not pass up the chance to once again take on their roles in the beloved series. In another post from Time, Kim Cattrall said it will be fun to be Samantha Jones again.
While "Sex and The City" part three is yet to be confirmed, fans of Sarah Jessica Parker can support her in the new HBO series called, "Divorce" starring alongside Thomas Haden Church and Molly Shannon. The actress though warned that her new character in "Divorce" is very different from the glamorous and colorful personality of Carrie Bradshaw.
Meanwhile, an ET Online article, suggests that "The Divorce" may set the stage to see the four women from "Sex and The City" together again in one series. Sarah Jessica Parker seems open to the idea so who knows?
