Goldblum, 62, is in his venture for parenthood for the first time. According to People, he first broke the news that they were expecting on his apperance on "The Late Show with David Letterman."

In a separate report from People, the "Mortdecai" actor announced, "She's three months pregnant. She told me the day before we got married. It's a boy. We picked out a name, as a matter of fact. If it stays - this is our current thinking - [it'll be] Elliott Charlie."

During their guesting on the show, the "Portlandia" star proudly showed off several photographs of his contortionist and aerialist wife, showcasing her flexibility. The expectant mom was called on stage to demonstrate some moves that she usually performs. She awed the audience by lifting her leg high on the air.

"She was in the Olympics for Canada in 2000 in Sydney doing rhythmic gymnastics. She was the Pan-American champion," the proud husband disclosed. "Since her Olympic foray, she now trains in contortion and aerial, so she does Cirque du Soleil kind of things. Isn't that something?"

The couple did not follow the exact name, which they previously mentioned on the show, except for the second name, Charlie.

Jeff and Emilie first met in 2011. They dated for three years and finally tied the knot in November 2014. The pair exchanged their vows with their family, relatives and friends as witnesses at L.A.'s Chateau Marmont, US Weekly has learned. An insider revealed that the event was "a night filled with love, music, and lots of laughs." The source even stressed that the actor did not only expressed his vows but also impressed his bride by playing the piano and serenading her during the reception.

This is Goldblum's third marriage, he was previously married to his "Silverado" co-star, Patricia Gaul, in 1980, but the couple separated in 1986. A year after, the "Independence Day" star married his co-star in "Earth Girls Are Easy," Geena Davis. However, after three years, his second marriage ended in the same way as his first.
