Evan Rachel Wood can't wait to become a mom.
The 25-year-old actress, who is expecting her first child with husband Jamie Bell, is waiting impatiently for her baby's arrival.
At the premiere of her latest film "The Necessary Death of Charlie Countryman" at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah, Wood talked to Access Hollywood about her pregnancy experiences and impending motherhood.
"I'm very excited. I'm over the moon," the mom-to-be told "Access Hollywood", referring to her pregnancy.
During the chat, the expecting actress also referred to her pregnancy as a fulfillment of her long wish to have kids.
"Motherhood is my dream and my husband is always the one I wanted to do it with," she said. "So, I'm very happy!"
Wood, who entered the acting world through a series of television series, shot to fame after appearing in the film "Thirteen".
Wood started dating British actor Bell during the shooting of music video "Wake Me Up When September Ends" in 2005. However, the relationship lasted only one year. Later, Wood got engaged to American rock musician Marilyn Manson. The couple split in 2010. After her split with Manson, Wood re-united with Bell in 2011 and tied the knot in October 2012.
Speculation about Wood expecting her first child started circulating in November. However, the couple confirmed the news only in January.
"Remember when I said, 'No baby on the way here' - Well, I didnt know there actually was!" she Tweeted Jan. 11, after posting a photo of the book "What to Expect When You're Expecting".
