'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13 Episode 5 Recap & Spoilers: Mystery Guest Will Never Be Izzie Stevens; Shonda Rhimes Confirmed No Katherine Heigl

As much as it will be exciting to see Izzie Stevens back on "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 5, fans will still be disappointed to find that she is not the mysterious guest that will be coming back this week. For this episode of "Grey's Anatomy," the doctors will all be busy with babies.

Rumors have circulated that Izzie Stevens played by Katherine Heigl will return to "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 although there is no specific episode to when she would return. However, it was quite clear with Shonda Rhimes that she does not want Katherine Heigl back into the Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital because of Heigl's temperament.

Although Katherine Heigl showed remorse and regret after she left "Grey's Anatomy" and even indicated that she would want to be back on the show especially as she also wanted to know what happened to Izzie Stevens after she left. But it seems that this story will never happen because Shonda Rhimes will not allow it.

Instead of having Izzie Stevens back for "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode 5, our mystery guest will be the previous intern Leah Murphy (Tessa Ferrer). But of course, the idea of having Izzie Stevens back on "Grey's Anatomy" would really be worth the watch and it will for certain get more good ratings for the show since more and more people even those viewers who didn't see the character of Izzie will want to see her back.

If Izzie Steven returns, it will for certain make Alex and Jo's relationship more complicated and it will be like when Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and Dereck Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) were sneaking out behind Dr Addison Montgomery.

For "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13, the main focus for episode 5 is about Amelia and her "pregnancy," which could be concluded that she is still not certain if she is because she has not taken a pregnancy test.
