The premier of "Teen Moms 2" appears to be gearing up for another drama-filled season. In the first episode, hints at the possibility of divorce between Kailyn Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, are dropped as the couple argue nonstop regarding alleged third party on the former as well as the possessive nature of the latter.
An argument broke out between Lowry and Marroquin when the latter refused to let the "Teen Moms 2" star attend an out of town trip with her friends, according to Us Weekly. While the fight had been a typical one between spouses, the entire issue became bigger than it is when the couple began to let each other have it in front of their house guests. In the preview, Lowry could be seen trying to reason with her hubby but the latter seemed adamant in his refusal to let her go and attend the concert with her friends. He then explained his side, saying, "I get mad, and I don't want you to go because sometimes I feel like you have fun with your friends but you don't have fun with me."
That could have been the end of the issue but it appears that a lot more concerns cropped up - with infidelity accusations taking center stage after Lowry received a text message from a male classmate in her current college. This inevitably ignited yet another fight and ended with Marroquin completely embarrassing the "Teen Moms 2" star and ignoring her afterwards.
"Someone texted me, 'Good morning and do I have class?' and now I'm cheating on him and I'm a liar," shared Lowry to one of her friends who went after and comforted her after the fight. Although already peeved about his reaction, the "Teen Moms 2" star once again attempted to discuss the matter with Marroquin, according to International Business Times. "Javi, I'm not texting him about anything I shouldn't be texting him about," Lowry consoled her husband. She then asked, "Why are you so insecure about my guy friends?"
Instead of responding to her question, Marroquin simply told her to "get out of my face" and declared that the conversation is over. In another Us Weekly report, the trust issues arising between the couple became another topic of argument. When Lowry asked her husband why he decided to suddenly back out from his earlier decision to allow her to attend the concert, Marroquin cited the fact that he no longer feels secure with regard her fidelity.
"Now that all this happened, I don't trust you," he revealed, alluding to the text message Lowry received from the male classmate. He added, "I don't feel comfortable with you going. So we're going to fix this issue now before you go anywhere." Eager to finally put the issue to rest, Lowry asked her husband of the possible solution to resolve the matter. "We'll delete all the pass codes and we're going to know each other's pass codes," he replied. Marroquin added, "We need to meet in the middle."
This idea did not go well with Lowry and another fight broke out between the two. Needless to say, the "Teen Moms 2" star missed out on the out of town concert she intended to attend with her friends and is now attempting to deal with her marital problems.
