Rumors, theories, and news continue to surface as the "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" revival nears its Nov. 25 premiere date on Netflix. One theory concerning Rory (Alexis Bledel) and Logan (Matt Czuchry) have piqued fans' interest lately.
According to this theory, which came from Amy Mackelden on Bustle, Rory is pregnant with Logan's child and there have been three sneaky clues that support this claim. Two months ago, an Instagram snap on the official "Gilmore Girls" revival page showed an apple and Pop-Tart appetizers.
True fans of "Gilmore Girls" know that the only time that Lorelei (Lauren Graham) craved for an apple was when she was pregnant with Rory. Lorelei may have transferred her pregnancy craving to her daughter.
Another clue about Rory's pregnancy on the "Gilmore Girls" revival also surfaced on the social media site two months ago. Lipsticks were shown in the photo at Lorelei's home in Stars Hollow. But if one looks closely at the compact mirror's reflection (at the doorway in the distance), there seems to be a stroller covered up by a blanket.
It's odd that the Gilmore household will keep a stroller around if there's no baby to use it. So the plausible explanation is Rory is an expectant mother on the "Gilmore Girls" revival -- but why with Logan and not Jess (Milo Ventimiglia)?
The Logan theory originated from the fact that filming for the "Gilmore Girls" revival took place in London, England, where Logan works. Bledel was spotted shooting "Gilmore Girls" scenes in London and it could be because her character Rory is married or dating Logan. She's probably in the country to prepare for their child's birth.
However, it's also possible that Rory isn't pregnant with Logan's child and she's just there in London because of her job as a journalist. Besides, it's more logical that Logan would travel to Stars Hollow for the birth of his baby instead of Rory going to Logan.
If the pregnancy arc on the "Gilmore Girls" is true, it could be Lorelei who's pregnant and not Rory. The older Gilmore could be expecting a child with her longtime boyfriend Luke (Scott Patterson) and the baby might be the reason why Rory would go back to Stars Hollow.
Another "Gilmore Girls" revival theory claims that Rory would end up with Logan instead of Jess, who's shown more prominently in promotional photos, Parent Herald previously reported. This might mean that Logan's return is being kept under a tight lid and showing him in promo pictures is spoiler-y. Watch the official "Gilmore Girls" revival trailer below.
