NBC's "This Is Us" was completely devastating last night with its fifth episode "The Game Plan". The dramedy series "This Is Us" finally revealed to its fans where Jack is at the present time and it is one tissue-grabbing moment. So where is Jack? Well, he is dead.
In the "This Is Us" The Game Plan Episode, the revelation of Jack's death came about through a football game when Kate just wanted to do her Sunday ritual of watching by herself but Toby insists on joining her. Later, she shared to him that she used to watch the Pittsburgh Steelers with her dad when she was a kid up until she moved to Los Angeles.
Unknowingly, Toby tells Kate that her dad seems cool and he would like to meet Jack. Kate then proceeding to take the urn from the mantle and introduce Toby to Jack revealing the answer to Jack's absence in the present time of "This Is Us", according to ET.
More on "This Is Us" Season 1 Episode 5 from TVLine, Kevin shares a touching moment with his nieces, Randall's daughters. He showed them a painting he created for the play he's doing. Kevin explains that it represents what he thinks the play is about which is life and death.
"This Is Us" follows the life of Jack and his kids who share the same birthday and how their lives are connected in beautiful ways. It stars Milo Ventimiglia and Mandy Moore as the couple Jack and Rebecca Pearson. Chrissy Metz and Justin Hartley as the Pearson's children Kate and Kevin with Starling Brown as their adoptive son Randall.
