Kim Kardashian to Keep Baby Away from Reality Shows

Pregnant reality television star Kim Kardashian is planning to keep her child completely away from all reality shows.

During a chat with Jimmey Kimmel Tuesday, the mom-to-be opened up about whether she would allow her child to appear on TV or not. The 31-year-old, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, plans to leave the final decision to her child, Us Weekly reported.

"When the baby is old enough and she or he decides that's what they want to do, then that will be a decision," Us Weekly quoted Kardashian as saying. "From the start, as of now, that's just a personal choice that Kanye and I have made. We're going to try to keep it as private as possible."

However, the current decision does not mean that she hates the idea completely.

"I love seeing Mason and Penelope on TV," she said, while referring to sister Kourtney Kardashian's children Mason and Penelope. "Mason is the highlight of our show, I think."

The pregnant star is also not planning to accept any used baby clothing items from Kourtney.

"I think she has a few key pieces, but if anyone knows Kanye, they just know how into fashion he is, and I think he's going to have things specially made," Kim said of the 35-year-old "Paranoid" rapper. "So I don't think hand-me-downs are going to work."

Kardashian started dating NBA player Kris Humphries in 2010 and tied the knot in 2011 in California. However, 72 days after their marriage, she filed for divorce from Humphries, Oct. 31. Shortly after the split, Kim started dating West. The couple confirmed the baby news in January. Legally, Kardashian is still married to Humphries.
