The former Smiths guitarist, Johnny Marr, made an agreement with Morrissey and Warners to remaster all the records with a top engineer.
The star, Johnny Marr, realized how good of a band they were as he was analyzing their records. Johnny Marr left a text message to Morrissey and Andy Rourke and got a nice reply from his band mates.
According to reports, the 51-year-old musician, Johnny Marr, met with Morrissey for a drink in South Manchester. Johnny Marr admitted that he was happy to see Morrissey after ten long years.

According to Johnny Marr, The Smiths reunion is "a very real prospect." Johnny Marr shared how he felt talking with Morrissey about the Manchester fourpiece's reunion and how he thought about its great possibility.
The duo, Johnny Marr and Morrissey, are now focused on their own careers. Marr is working with the Cribs on a new album and same goes with Morrissey.
The Smiths' demise was one of the most remarkable split ups in popular music history. In 1989, Andy Rourke (bassist) and Mike Joyce (drummer) took Morrissey and Johnny Marr to court over royalties.
